They are seeking an experienced gardener who is passionate about cultivating lush greenery and enhancing the natural beauty of outdoor spaces.

Role Requirements:

• Strong Knowledge of New Zealand Plants and Horticulture: You should have an in-depth understanding of native New Zealand flora and proven expertise in horticultural practices, and plant pathology.
• Proven Track Record: We're looking for candidates with a demonstrated history of successful garden projects, supported by glowing references attesting to your skills and reliability.
• NZ Certificate in Horticulture (Bonus): While not mandatory, possessing a NZ Certificate in Horticulture will be viewed favorably as a testament to your professional training and expertise.
• Experience Required: This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who can hit the ground running, diving into projects with confidence and competence, requiring minimal on-the-job training.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing garden layouts.
• Planting, pruning, and maintaining a variety of plant species.
• Monitoring and managing pest and disease control.
• Conducting regular maintenance tasks to ensure the health and vibrancy of landscapes.
• Providing expert advice to clients on plant selection, care, and landscaping solutions.
