New Zealand is in the middle of a construction boom, and we find ourselves struggling to find workers across all trades to meet the demand.
 
It can be a daunting task to start life in a new country, but you’re in safe hands with Tradestaff. We’ve been bringing people into NZ for  over 10 years, and can help assist you with the relocation process. Our branches have consultants who have also made the move to NZ from overseas, and we have an excellent support network to help make the process as seamless as possible.

We require Carpenters/Builders/Joiners from all backgrounds that include, but are not limited to:
  • Domestic, Commercial and Civil
  • 1st, 2nd and final fix
  • Roofing timbers/roofing joinery/wall framing
  • Interior fit outs, renovations and new construction
  • domestic and commercial joinery
Ideally, you will be or have:
  • 3 + years’ experience  
  • Trade Qualification preferred but not essential
  • 2 contactable work referees
  • 100% commitment to Health & Safety
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug test

What is the work like in New Zealand?  Typically, it is not too dissimilar to working in the UK as many of the standards and construction methods used are very similar.  But don’t just take our word for it we have 100’s of Awesome UK tradies working in NZ that can give you the full story.
