Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced arborist to join our team in Wellington. The ideal candidate will have a passion for arboriculture and a proven track record of working with trees in an urban environment. As an arborist at Tradestaff Wellington, you will be responsible for performing various tree care and maintenance tasks, including pruning, trimming, and removal of trees, as well as diagnosing and treating tree diseases.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct tree pruning, trimming, and removal as needed
• Assess tree health and provide recommendations for treatment
• Operate and maintain specialized equipment for tree care
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience working as an arborist
• Relevant certification in arboriculture or related field
• Proficiency in operating a range of arboricultural equipment
• Strong knowledge of tree species and their specific care requirements
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
