Are you an experienced Audio Visual Installation Technician looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to be part of a busy market leader in the industry?
Our client is looking for an Installation Technician to join their team and support the senior AV Engineer.

Tasks and duties to include:

• Liaising with construction site managers and other trades to ensure work is completed as planned, in a safe and professional manner.
• Installing innovative audio-visual solutions in construction and corporate environments
• Installing electronic instruments and control systems
• Attending service call-outs, troubleshooting PA/AV system issues
• Passionate about the industry with a desire to learn and grow your skills
• Reassembling, test operating and adjusting equipment
• Ensure all H&S instructions are followed and all required documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.

Work Experience/Qualifications/Skills:

• NZ Register Level 4 qualification or at least three years of relevant experience
• In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.
• Experience - Installation and trouble-shooting systems would help
• Good organisational skills, time management, and a self-starter
• A desire to develop your skills while pursuing professional accreditations
• A positive, can-do attitude with attention to detail with a focus on solutions
• Great people and communication skills with both workmates and customers
• Honest and trustworthy
• A keen sense of humour

$32-$45 per hour
