About the Role:Tradestaff Christchurch urgently seeks a skilled carpenter, third year apprentice, or journeyman to focus on maintenance and repair work for residential homes in Ashburton. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of carpentry maintenance and repair tasks on residential properties.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols while working unsupervised.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: Previous carpentry experience in maintenance and repair is preferred. Third year apprentices and journeymen are encouraged to apply.
• Tools & Transport: You must have your own full toolkit and reliable transport.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Local Knowledge: Must live in or near Ashburton for easy commute.
