What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Chef,Kitchen Hand or in a similar role
• A strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen safety
• Ability to create diverse, nutritious, and delicious menus catering to a wide variety of tastes and dietary preferences
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service
• Knowledge of university food regulations and food safety standards is a plus

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Overseeing daily meal prep and cooking for students, staff, and special university events
• Designing and preparing a variety of meals, ensuring quality and consistency
• Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies when necessary
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Collaborating with university catering and event teams for special functions
