Your key responsibilities will be to safely operate a range of civil machinery including moxies, tippers, dumpers, excavators & water carts across multiple large civil projects in Hawkes Bay.
 
Requirements:

• Valid full NZ driver’s license with Wheels, Tracks & Rollers endorsements
• Class 2-5 licenses not required but highly desirable 
• Proven experience operating a variety of civil machinery in New Zealand
• Excellent communication skills over radios and in person
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol

 
Responsibilities:

• Operation of earthmoving equipment on civil projects
• Dig trenches, excavate bulk earthworks, compact earthworks
• Heavy lifting when required
• Radio communication to co-workers and at times, public
