We’re looking for a Civil Labourer to join our growing team in Rotorua. Whether you're experienced in civil construction or ready to take your skills to the next level, we want to hear from you. This role will kick off with a new project in the new year and could lead to long-term work.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Civil Labourer or in a similar role
• Knowledge of Health & Safety practices
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in all conditions
• Full Class 1 driver’s licence (Class 2-5 is a bonus)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Own transport is required
• WTR or other relevant tickets are a plus (but not essential)

Your Role:

• General civil labouring tasks including site prep, trenching, and assisting with infrastructure installation
• Operating machinery and equipment as needed
• Ensuring the site remains clean and safe
• Collaborating with the team to meet deadlines and project goals
