About the Role: We are looking for an experienced builder to take charge of a crew of four skilled tradespeople on a high-profile commercial construction project. As the lead carpenter, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe and productive site. Leadership experience is essential, and we are seeking someone who can provide guidance, manage tasks, and ensure the project progresses smoothly.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a commercial carpenter
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards
• LBP (Licensed Building Practitioner) qualifications highly desirable
