Excavator Operator
Pay Rate $30 - $40 per hour

To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for plant and equipment, along with at least two years of operating experience. A background in civil construction, drainage, or bulk earthworks is preferred.

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Ability to follow and understand plans and specifications
• Appropriate licenses and endorsements
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong understanding of site safety and compliance
• Good communication skills with peers, managers, and clients
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• A solid work ethic, positive attitude, and pride in your work
• Flexibility to work both on the ground and on the machine

These permanent positions involve various tasks, including excavation, demolition, drainage, construction, and more. With ongoing workload growth, our clients are looking for motivated Excavator Operators ready to seize new opportunities.
