We are on the hunt for our next influx of skilled Fabricator/Welders to work on our clients fleet of marine vessels. We are recruiting now to onboard for work starting in the next 2 months.
If you have previous experience working on large merchant ships, or relevant experience welding and fabricating thick plate steel, we want to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE - This is an awesome opportunity to assist with the maintenance and refurbishment of some of NZ's most iconic vessels.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Fabricator/Welders with 5+ years experience, the welding will be a mixture of TIG / MIG / MMA / Stick.
MUST have a New Zealand Certificate in Welding ( Level 4 ), or similar international qualification.
Hot work permit preferred but not essential, Confined spaces tickets preferred but not essential.
Prior to employment you will have to complete a weld test that will be sent for x-ray quality assessment and inspection.
