Factory Worker

Tradestaff are seeking Factory Workers to join our team for an immediate start!

Requirements:

• Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physical fitness for demanding tasks
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery for efficient production
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment
• Inspect products for quality and consistency
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Record production data and machine performance

Successful applicants must:

• Pass a pre-employment drug test
• Have 2 ready work references
• Have your own vehicle with a restricted or full license
