• Experience in installing and repairing various types of rural fences (post-and-rail, wire, steel, livestock, etc.)
• Proficiency with tools and equipment for efficient, high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Knowledge of safety practices and regulations
