Forklift Driver

Tradestaff have a 6 week+ forklift role available with our client in Kilbernie, start date in the next couple of weeks.

Hours will be 8am-5pm Monday - Friday. There will be training provided as there will be forklift work, as well as some dispatch work as well as pick/packing.

Clean MOJ is required for this role, as well as a current forklift certificate/licence.

Position: Forklift Driver
Location: Wellington Central
Experience: Minimum 2 years required
Schedule: Part-time/Casual, 2 or 3 days a week

Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift to move materials within the warehouse and production areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring efficient handling of cement bags and other materials.
• Maintain organized inventory in storage areas.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a forklift driver, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Valid OSH forklift operator certification/license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability to work 2 or 3 days a week, including occasional weekends or evenings.
