Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring all events exceed expectations.
• Manage logistics such as catering, setup, and audiovisual requirements.
• Oversee staff assignments and ensure smooth operation during events.
• Always maintain a high standard of service and hospitality.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event coordination or a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or catering environment.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
