Handyman/ Caretaker

Handyman wanted in Papamoa! 
As a Maintenance Handyman, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, ensuring that no two days are the same.
The primary duties include:


Water Blasting:

• Efficiently operate water blasting equipment.
• Ensure thorough cleaning of designated areas.

Painting:

• Perform painting tasks both interior and exterior.
• Ensure high-quality finishes on all surfaces.

Renovations:

• Contribute to various renovation projects.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals.

Gardening 

• Helping to assist landscaping team with gardening 
• Ensuring property gardens are maintained. 

Repairs

• help with any repairs that may need to be done on the property 
• ensuring all jobs are executed to a high standard

Requirements:

• Full License: A valid and current full driver's license is a must.
• Trailer Skills: Bonus if you are proficient in backing a trailer.
• Versatility: Ability to adapt to a wide scope of tasks and responsibilities.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with the maintenance team.
• Safety Conscious: Prioritise and adhere to safety guidelines in all tasks.
• Great communication: able to communicate with village manager about various projects. 
• Independent: Able to work independently while still achieving all tasks set
