ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified HVAC Foreman to lead our clients HVAC division in Hawke's Bay. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in organising and managing the day-to-day operations of each site with support from the Contracts and Project Manager. - Organise and manage day-to-day operations and staff
- Supervise and guide HVAC personnel on-site
- Train and upskill labourers and apprentices
- Full NZ Drivers Licence
- EST Licence - not essential but would be a bonus
- Qualified HVAC Technician with relevant experience
- Knowledge across all HVAC design and build installations
- Proven track record in a leadership role within the HVAC sector
