ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re on the hunt for an experienced and qualified HVAC Foreman to lead our client’s HVAC division in Hawke's Bay. Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, you’ll take charge of managing the day-to-day operations on-site, with support from both the Contracts and Project Manager. This is a fantastic chance for a natural leader who’s ready to make a real impact in a thriving and well-established company.

WHAT YOU NEED:
• Strong leadership skills with a proactive attitude
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the HVAC industry
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A good sense of humour and a positive approach to team dynamics

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee and manage the daily operations and staff on-site
• Provide guidance and supervision to HVAC personnel
• Train and upskill apprentices and labourers
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained across all projects

YOU’LL ALSO NEED:
• Full NZ Driver’s License
• EST License (preferred but not essential)
• Qualified HVAC Technician with relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC design and installation
• Proven leadership experience within the HVAC sector
