HVAC Technician 
Pay Rate: $38-$45 per hour

We are seeking skilled and reliable HVAC Technician's to join our client's team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of heating, cooling, and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including ductwork and refrigeration components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring efficient operation and optimal air quality.
• Advise clients on energy-efficient solutions and HVAC system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with New Zealand building codes and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, with clear communication of system issues and solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Promote sustainability by recommending energy-efficient systems and practices.

Requirements:

• Relevant NZQA qualification in HVAC or similar field.
• Refrigerant Handling Certification and/or EWRB License (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
