Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage mill line machinery with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Lead and support your team in a collaborative environment to achieve production targets.
• Conduct quality checks and perform basic maintenance on machinery.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Team leadership skills and a positive attitude.
• Some mechanical aptitude is essential.
