Pipefitter

Location: South Auckland

Duration: 2-3 month project, starting ASAP
 
We are looking for Skilled Pipefitters to join our team on-site through Tradestaff. The ideal candidates will have:
 

• Proficiency in interpreting drawings and schematics.
• Experience identifying and installing pipework spools from spool lists.
• Knowledge of correct valve types and ancillary items for installation.
• Solid background in installing pipework, assembling pipe spools, bolting flanges, and fitting pipework.
• Experience prepping pipework for welding processes.
• Familiarity with drilling equipment, general pipework tools, and operating lifting gear such as chain blocks.
• Experience working in large plant room environments.
• An EWP ticket is required.
• Welding skills are a plus!

 
Additional Requirements:

• Must be work-ready with full tools.
• Must pass a drug and alcohol test.
• Clean criminal history.
• References are required.
• Valid work rights in New Zealand.
