The role:
- Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create smooth finishes.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming for optimal plaster adhesion.
- Mix and apply plaster, ensuring consistency and quality in all layers.
- Repair damaged plaster surfaces and patch holes or cracks.
