Position Overview:
I am seeking an experienced Flexographic Printer to join my client’s friendly team. This full-time role involves 12-hour shifts in a 4 on, 4 off pattern (6 AM - 6 PM). You will have the opportunity to grow in a supportive setting with training provided, particularly in mounting and laminating processes.


Key Responsibilities:

• Operate an 8-color flexo press.
• Set up and calibrate machines to meet production and quality standards.
• Follow production specifications to maintain high-quality levels and inspect materials for defects.
• Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
• Monitor operations and adjust tension control systems for optimal production results.
• Maintain accurate production records while working independently.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in printing or a related trade qualification.
• Strong mechanical, technical, and computing skills.
