Quantity Surveyor

We have a vacancy for a Quantity Surveyor to work with one of our local civil construction clients.

You will be responsible for estimating new tender opportunities and implementing commercial procurement procedures to minimize both internal and external risks.

Additionally, you’ll work closely with the managing director and site managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Experience: You bring a wealth of knowledge from your experience in reviewing designs and plans, particularly within the civil construction sector.
• Tertiary Qualifications: You have relevant tertiary qualifications that underpin your expertise.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: You excel at communicating complex ideas clearly and effectively with all stakeholders.
• Deadline-Oriented: You thrive under pressure and consistently deliver high-quality work on time.
• Attention to Detail: Your keen eye for detail ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
