Quantity Surveyor - Civil/Concrete

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits to assess work progress, verify measurements, and ensure standards are being met.
• Perform Health & Safety audits to maintain compliance and promote a safe working environment.
• Measure up jobs accurately for quoting — including materials take-offs, labour estimates, and spec analysis.
• Read and interpret technical plans and drawings to provide input on project feasibility, structure, and cost.
• Prepare and review quotations, estimates, and scopes of work.
• Assist with procurement of materials, ensuring the right gear is on-site, on time.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to keep everyone aligned and informed.
• Keep project costs on track and help identify cost-saving opportunities.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Trade background or on-site construction experience highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role within civil, concrete, or construction sectors.
• Strong understanding of construction plans and industry materials.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Valid driver's licence – this is a mobile role, so travel to sites is required.
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
