Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for customer satisfaction? Tradestaff are currently seeking energetic and experienced Sales and Customer Service Specialists for one of our clients in Hawkes Bay!
We are looking for individuals with a strong customer focus to provide excellent customer service to both trade and retail clients. In this role, you’ll do more than process transactions- you will guide customers through a journey of exploration, conceptualisation, and decision-making.
Sales experience, design flare and bathroom trend knowledge is desired for this role, but if you’re an ex-tradie who wants to get off the tools, we also want to hear from you! What matters most is your care for customers, attention to detail, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. A good sense of humour goes a long way too!
Key Responsibilities:
Hours of work: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, and three Saturdays per month 9am-12pm inclusive.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers in showroom, quickly getting a handle on what their needs and wants are, and steering them in the right direction
- Selling bathroom (and some kitchen) products
- Reviewing customer floor plans and advising suitable product options
- Producing quotes and receiving orders
- Managing the entire sales process from concepts through to pricing, order, and fulfilment
- Approaching and signing up potential new customers
