Service Engineer

Tradestaff are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join us for an immediate start!

Requirements:

• Trade related qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial sectors, working on boilers.
• Strong technical knowledge of boilers, burners, pumps, and related equipment.
• Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills for client interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with boilers and related equipment at client sites.
• Manage client relationships, providing technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to optimise boiler performance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Perform calculations, simulations, and analysis to validate equipment performance.
• Oversee on-site installation, commissioning, and testing of mechanical systems.
• Provide training and technical guidance to clients, agents, and distributors.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including manuals and specifications.
• Contribute to product development and improvement initiatives.

You may also be required to submit a criminal history check with the Ministry of Justice.
