Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Foreman to lead and manage a team on various repair and resurfacing projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, including managing a team of workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company standards, and client specifications.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Manage project resources, including materials and equipment.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including daily reports and project documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman, preferably in concrete repair and resurfacing.
• Strong knowledge of concrete repair techniques, including structural repairs and surface preparation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
