Skilled Labourer

Seeking Skilled Labourer’s in Hawkes Bay New Zealand!
Tradestaff Hawkes Bay are currently seeking Skilled Labourers to join our team, assisting our qualified tradesmen on a variety of sites.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting qualified tradesman such as electricians, carpenter, plumbers and other specialized contractors
• Physical labour tasks required by the client such as wheelbarrowing, digging, cleaning
• Clean, tidy or prepare a job site, assisting with the removal of waste or hazardous materials
• Operate basic machinery
• Assemble components or items in a production environment
• Use a variety of tools under appropriate supervision
• Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements

• Valid work visa (if applicable) and the right to work in New Zealand
• Pre-trade qualification is highly advantageous
• Endorsements such as W,T,R,F is highly advantageous
• Restricted license and own method of transport is a MUST
• Be willing to undergo and pass a preemployment drug test
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and different work environments
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
