Position Overview:
Tradestaff are seeking motivated individuals to join our client’s team as Steel Erectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the assembly and erection of steel structures, including beams, columns, and trusses.
- Load and unload materials safely on job sites.
- Operate hand tools and basic equipment under supervision.
- Follow instructions from experienced steel erectors and project supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe worksite.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
- Physical ability to perform manual labour, including lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
