STMS - Labour Weekend!



Tradestaff are on the hunt for a reliable, motivated and physically fit STMS to join the team based in Rotorua over Labour Weekend

This position provides traffic management support to ensure the delivery of effective temporary traffic management across a local road project.

In this diverse, hands on role you will need to be able to adapt to the fast-paced work environment and be able to make decisions under pressure.


Your main responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and removing site traffic management
• Completing all required documentation prior to and post project
• Directing incoming deliveries to site while ensuring the safety of workers and the public
• Overseeing the establishment, maintenance and removal of TTM measure

The following qualifications, experience and skills are required for this role:

• Current STMS qualification (category A or level 1 practising)
• A strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Full class 1 driver's licence
• Experience on Local Roads (both Rural and Urban)
• Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively with clients and members of the public
