What You'll Be Doing:
As a Traffic Control Worker, you'll be the backbone of road safety. To keep traffic flowing smoothly and ensure the safety of all road users. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Strategically plan and set up traffic control sites using cones and signs.
• Take charge of traffic management with stop/go signs.
• Maintain clear and constant communication with your team using radios.

What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in traffic management.
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to reliability.
• The ability to work independently or as part of a tight-knit team.
• A full Class 1 Driver’s Licence (Class 2 is a plus!).
• Flexibility to work night shifts when required.
• Excellent communication skills to ensure seamless teamwork and interaction with the public.
