What’s Involved?
- Early morning starts to get the day rolling (perfect for early birds!).
- Supervising a small team of storepersons and maintaining a safe and organised warehouse.
- Overseeing stock movement, inventory management, and dispatch processes.
- Problem-solving and managing workflow to meet deadlines and operational goals.
- Hands-on tasks, including forklift operation (if licensed).
- Ensuring health and safety protocols are always followed.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role, ideally with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve their best.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
- Forklift license (preferred but not essential).
- Reliable transport to get to early morning shifts and a full licence.
