Tradestaff are seeking an experienced Storeperson to join us for an immediate start!
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are monitored and managed effectively.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure that all orders are prepared for shipment in a timely manner.
- Forklift Operations: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move and organize goods. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials. Both Reach and Counterbalance License.
- General Labouring: Perform various manual tasks such as loading and unloading trucks, and assisting with stock handling and movement as required.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized and clean. Perform general cleaning duties to ensure a tidy and safe working environment.
- Stock Replenishment: Assist in stocktaking and perform regular audits to reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
- Documentation: Complete and maintain necessary paperwork related to stock movements and transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Experience: Previous experience in a storeperson or warehouse role essential. Experience operating a forklift is a must.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Familiarity with inventory management software.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting and carrying heavy items and performing physical tasks related to warehouse work. Comfortable with manual labour and cleaning tasks.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling stock and completing documentation.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and other departments.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
