REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Waterproofing Technician or a similar role
- Own reliable transport and full class 1 driver's license
- Knowledge of various waterproofing materials and techniques
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Apply waterproofing materials to a variety of surfaces, including roofs, basements, and foundations
- Inspect and assess structures to identify potential water damage and leakage points
- Collaborate with construction teams to integrate waterproofing measures during building projects
- Repair and seal leaks using appropriate techniques and materials
- Operate and maintain equipment related to waterproofing activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
