- Lead and mentor a skilled team of technicians and apprentices.
- Ensure smooth, efficient workshop operations.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to align workshop and field services.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex machinery issues.
- Coordinate in-house training and safety meetings.
- Step in as Service Manager when needed.
What You Will Bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a Trade Qualified Technician / Mechanic .
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer software.
