Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce high-quality components.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate machining.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections and tests on finished products to meet stringent quality standards.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues with CNC equipment.
• Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, tooling, and programming.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision and accuracy in all tasks.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Communication: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Qualifications: Relevant technical certifications or trade qualifications preferred.
