About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Machine and Engineering Shop Foreman to lead a team of production workers, including machine operators, assemblers, and fabricators. You’ll ensure smooth daily operations and oversee machinery maintenance, especially hydraulic systems. If you have a strong background in hydraulics and enjoy managing a team, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate production activities to meet goals.
• Motivate and support team members to perform their best.
• Oversee machinery, including hydraulic systems, and resolve issues.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Provide guidance, training, and handle recruitment and personnel matters.

Skills & Experience:

• Leadership skills to guide and motivate the team.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage time and balance tasks effectively.
• Commitment to safety and adaptability in a changing work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• Hydraulic Certifications (e.g., Fluid Power Certification).
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or engineering setting.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and machinery.
