We’re looking for an experienced Finishing Carpenter with a keen eye for detail to help us create the perfect final touches on a variety of residential construction projects. If you take pride in your craftsmanship and specialize in making the final product look flawless, we want to hear from you!
The Ideal Candidate:

• Trade-qualified carpenter with specialized experience in finishing work.
• Experience in residential construction, cabins, and small buildings.
• Must have reliable transport, a valid driver’s license, and your own tools.
• Presentable and professional with a strong work ethic, able to represent the company at field days and expos.
• Able to pass an MOJ check and pre-employment drug test.
• Available for a Monday to Friday role, hours roughly 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

Day-to-Day Duties May Include:

• Installing and finishing trim, moulding, and cabinetry to the highest standards.
• Handling door hanging, window installation, and skirting.
• Completing sanding, finishing, and touch-ups on all wood surfaces.
• Ensuring all work aligns with building codes and project specifications.
• Collaborating with other trades and ensuring all work is completed on schedule.
• Maintaining a clean and organized worksite.
• Attending site meetings and communicating effectively with clients and team members.
