Our clients in the region is looking for a residential leading hand to help them with multiple home projects.

To be a successful applicant for the role  - 

• Be able to lead a team of Builders and other Tradesman on various components of residential builds 
• Confidently read and interpret residential plans Experience in the residential building sector (From Foundations through to Gibbing and Drywall)
• Have excellent communication skills and have the ability to communicate with Tradesmen and also Clients to ensure a smooth work site
