We're looking for a qualified Refrigeration or Engineering Technician’s with electrical service registration (or the ability to get it) to join a high performing team servicing on-farm milk cooling and tank solutions across a beautiful rural region. You’ll play a key role in keeping our nation’s dairy operations running smoothly – and you'll love the variety, independence and purpose that comes with it.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot cutting-edge milk cooling and dairy automation systems
• Deliver exceptional on-farm service and after-sales support – you’ll be the trusted face of technical excellence
• Provide hands on customer training to help farmers get the best from their systems
• Collaborate with contractors, provide technical advice and assist with field installations and events like Field Days
• Stay sharp with continuous learning and help shape training and SOPs
• Report insights, competitor activity and innovations through CRM tools

What You’ll Bring:
• Trade Certified in Refrigeration, Electrical or Engineering
• Registered (or able to be registered) as an Electrical Service Technician
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a service or technical role—agriculture exposure a plus
• A knack for fault-finding, a head for systems and confidence working independently
• Good with people – clear communicator, relatable and collaborative
• Comfortable using tech, managing your own schedule and reporting key insights
