Job Title: Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS)

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and certified Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) to oversee and manage traffic management operations at various worksites around the Waikato. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of traffic control measures, demonstrating expertise in managing complex traffic scenarios and adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement site-specific traffic management plans in accordance with industry regulations and standards.
2. Supervise and lead a team of traffic management professionals to ensure seamless coordination of traffic control activities.
3. Conduct regular site inspections to assess the effectiveness of traffic management measures and make necessary adjustments.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and conduct regular safety briefings for the team.

Qualifications:

1. Appropriate practicing qualification as an STMS.
2. Proven experience as an STMS
3. In-depth knowledge of traffic management regulations
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Valid driver's license
