Team Leader

Tradestaff Hawkes Bay are on the lookout for a self-motivated, mature and responsible worker for a full-time position for one of our trusted manufacturing clients in Waipukurau.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the factory is set up correctly each morning
• Informing staff of their work duties
• Ensuring staff work safely and in accordance with MPI regulations
• Liaising with admin and operational staff
• Managing factory shutdown at the end of each day

 
Requirements:

• Proven machine operating and factory experience
• Valid NZ license and own transportation
• Quick learner with a mature and responsible outlook
• Confident in leading and directing staff
• A confident role model setting clear expectation to staff
