AirCon/HVAC Technician

HVAC Technician or Electrician wanted immediately.

We are looking for a trade qualified HVAC Technician or Electrician to join a busy and well-respected company. This position involves installing, repairing, and maintaining heat pumps and air conditioning systems and electrical appliances. It will be performed in various locations in the Dunedin area.

Main Duties and responsibilities

• Conducting on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs with heat pumps/ air conditioning systems, ducted systems, and appliances. Developing and implementing solutions collaboratively.
• Repairing and replacing defective components.
• Servicing/cleaning of heat pumps/air conditioning.
• Installation, repairs, and decommissioning of heat pumps and appliances.
• Interpret building plans and technical drawings.
• Repair and replace electrical wiring, parts and equipment.
• Install electrical wiring and equipment
• Keep records of problems found.
• Work indoors and outdoors on commercial and residential sites.
• You will also need your own tools.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of service reports, equipment records, and parts inventory.

• EST certified and experience and expertise in diadgnosing and repairing electriacl faults.
