Pump Foreman

Job Title: Pump Foreman
Location: North Auckland

Job Summary: We are seeking a Pump Foreman to join our team. This role involves overseeing maintenance, repair work and installation of pump/ pump systems. This will mean leading a team of technicians ensuring safety standards and optimizing turnaround times. This also involves working with pump systems for various industries such as civil, storm/wastewater, oil/gas, agriculture and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians providing support and solutions
• Assist with scheduling and allocating resources
• Oversee and assist with trouble shooting and repair work in house and on site
• Conduct pump installations and commissioning
• Assist with emergency pump services

What is required?

• Experience with mechanical pump maintenance and repairs
• Strong knowledge of pump systems, hydraulics and other related mechanical systems
• Great leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of design plus optimisation tactics of pump systems
• Experience working hands on with a range of priming assisted pumps, flood control, wastewater, self-priming and more.
