- Assist with traffic management on a variety of roadwork projects, including setting up traffic cones, signs, and barriers.
- Direct traffic safely and efficiently, ensuring smooth flow and protecting the safety of workers and the public.
- Work as part of a team to support road construction and maintenance.
- Stay on-site for overnight shifts and assist with out-of-town assignments when required.
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Full, clean Class 1 driver’s licence (or international equivalent).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test, with ongoing random testing.
- Clean criminal record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overnight and out-of-town assignments.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in traffic management or roadwork is a bonus but not essential.
